Majoritatea locuitorilor din Transnistria, care participă la scrutinele organizate pe teritoriul controlat de autorităţile constituţionale ale Republicii Moldova, de cele mai multe ori, nu votează conştient pentru că nu sunt informaţi. Declaraţia a fost făcută de către Ion Manole, preşedintele organizaţiei „Promo-Lex, în cadrul emisiunii „Loc de dialog” de la postul public „Radio Moldova”, transmite IPN.
„Concurenţii electorali nu au posibilitate să-şi facă publicitate în localităţile din stânga Nistrului, oamenii nu au acces la sursele de informaţie de la Chişinău şi nu au cum să-şi cunoască candidaţii. Tiraspolul ar trebui să accepte şi concurenţii electorali de la Chişinău, nu să permită să facă publicitate electorală doar cei din Moscova”, a declarat Manole.
Preşedintele „Promo-Lex” consideră că, prin blocarea accesului la informaţie, administraţia de la Tiraspol încearcă să menţină regimul separatist. „Autorităţile de la Chişinău sunt tolerante. Îmi pare rău că locuitorii de acolo încă mai cred în promisiuni. Aşa au crezut cândva că le vor transforma Transnistria într-o Elveţie sovietică. În regiune situaţia se agravează, deoarece Moscova le aloca tot mai puţini bani după anexarea Crimeii şi scăderea preţurilor la petrol”, a spus Manole.
Autorităţile de la Chişinău intenţionează să organizeze mai multe secţii de votare pentru locuitorii din stânga Nistrului la scrutinul prezidenţial din 30 octombrie, însă doar în localităţile aflate sub jurisdicţia Chişinăului.

“The electoral competitors are unable to campaign on the left side of the Nistru. The people do not have access to information sources in Chisinau and cannot know the candidates. Tiraspol should accept the election runners from Chisinau too and should not allow only those from Moscow to campaign,” stated Ion Manole.
He considers that by blocking access to information, the Transnistrian administration is trying to maintain the separatist regime. “The Moldovan authorities are tolerant. I regret that the people from there still believe in promises. They once believed that Transnistria would be transformed into a Soviet Switzerland. The situation worsens in the region because Moscow allocates less money after the annexation of Crimea and owing to the decline in oil prices,” said the head of “Promo-Lex”.
The Moldovan authorities intend to establish more polling places in Transnistria for the October 30 presidential elections, but only in the Moldovan-administered communities.

Большинство жителей Приднестровья, принимающих участие в выборах, организуемых на территории, контролируемой конституционными властями Молдовы, чаще всего не голосуют осознанно, потому что они не информированы. Об этом заявил председатель организации „Promo-Lex” Ион Маноле в эфире передачи „Loc de dialog” на общественной радиостанции Radio Moldova, передаёт IPN.
„Кандидаты не имеют возможности распространять свою рекламу в населённых пунктах левобережья Днестра, люди там не имеют доступа к кишинёвским источникам информации, и им неоткуда знать о кандидатах. Тирасполь должен открывать доступ и кандидатам из Кишинёва, разрешать предвыборную рекламу не только московских кандидатов”, – заявил Маноле.
Председатель „Promo-Lex” полагает, что путём блокирования доступа к информации тираспольская администрация пытается сохранить сепаратистский режим. „Кишинёвские власти толерантны. Мне очень жаль, что тамошние жители всё ещё верят в обещания. Так они когда-то поверили, что их Приднестровье превратят в советскую Швейцарию. Ситуация в регионе ухудшается, так как Москва выделяет им всё меньше денег после аннексии Крыма и падения цен на нефть”, – сказал Маноле.
Кишинёвские власти намерены открыть ряд избирательных участков для жителей левого берега Днестра на президентских выборах, предстоящих 30 октября, но только в населённых пунктах, находящихся под юрисдикцией Кишинёва.
