Promo-LEX Association considers that the Parliament should ratify Roma Statute when adopting National Security Strategy. The National Security Strategy of Moldova should refer to the need to ratify the Roma Statute by the Parliament. Promo-LEX considers that document would prevent the crimes against the people in the Transnistrian area.
Another aspect that needs not to be ignored within the National Security Strategy is the need to apply the national legislation to defend the constitutional rights of the dwellers and citizens from that area.
Promo-LEX considers that it is important to evluate and improve the efficiency of the Joint Control Commission (JCC) in order to defend the human rights within the Security Zone and in entire Transnistrian area.
Moldovan National Security Strategy was set up for public debate early in January and is to be voted in the Parliament.
