Devierea de 0,06 puncte procentuale dintre rezultatele numărării paralele a voturilor la alegerile din 19 iunie la Chişinău, efectuată de Promo-LEX, şi rezultatele oficiale a fost cauzată de faptul că la o secţie de votare din sectorul Botanica (secţia 1/25) în procesul-verbal de numărare a voturilor a fost inversată ordinea de înscriere a candidaţilor.
Asociaţia Promo-LEX face această precizare după ce a finalizat procesarea fizică şi introducerea manuală a proceselor-verbale de numărare a voturilor pentru funcţia de primar general al capitalei în turul doi de scrutin, transmite Info-Prim Neo.
Conform calculelor rectificate, Dorin Chirtoacă a obţinut 50,60% din sufragii sau 186 mii 916 voturi valabil exprimate şi Igor Dodon – 49,40% sau 182 mii 494 voturi valabil exprimate.
Potrivit calculelor Promo-LEX anunţate la 20 iunie, a fost înregistrată o deviere de 0,06 puncte procentuale faţă de rezultatele prezentate de CEC. Din cauza inversării ordinii de înscriere a candidaţilor, la prelucrarea telefonică a rezultatelor, cele 552 de voturi acordate candidatului Dorin Chirtoacă au fost atribuite lui Igor Dodon, iar cele 770 de voturi ale lui Igor Dodon au fost atribuite contracandidatului său. Eroarea tehnică a apărut deoarece în convorbirile telefonice, conform instrucţiunilor interne de numărare rapidă, atât observatorii, cât şi operatorii nu utilizează în discuţii numele concurenţilor, ci litere de înscriere în procesul verbal, adică g1, g2 etc.
Astfel la 20 iunie, Asociaţia Promo-LEX a prezentat următoarele rezultate: Dorin Chirtoacă (PL) – 50,66% sau 187134 voturi valabil exprimate şi Igor Dodon (PCRM) – 49,34% sau 182276 voturi valabil exprimate. Conform datelor CEC, concurenţii au obţinut: Dorin Chirtoacă (PL) – 50,60% sau 186918 voturi valabil exprimate şi Igor Dodon (PCRM) – 49,40% sau 182494 voturi valabil exprimate.

According to corrected data, Dorin Chirtoaca polled 50.60% or 186,916 votes, and Igor Dodon 49.40% or 182,494 votes.
The results announced by Promo-LEX on June 20, the next day after the elections, differed by 0.06 percentage point from those announced by the Central Election Commission. Later it was found that a technical error explained the difference: when processing results by telephone, it wasn’t noticed that the order of the candidates in the count protocol had been wrong and as a result the 552 votes for Dorin Chirtoaca were attributed to Igor Dodon, and the 770 votes for Dodon went to Chirtoaca. To save time, operators don’t use names, but codes with ordinal numbers, Promo-LEX further explained.
On June 20, Promo-LEX presented the following results: 50.66% for Dorin Chirtoaca and 49.34% for Igor Dodon; which were nevertheless very close to the CEC results: 50.60% and 49.40%, respectively.
