2009-07-17/17:02 Organizaţii nonguvernamentale pentru apărarea drepturilor omului cer eliberarea poliţiştilor reţinuţi marţi, 14 iulie, de miliţia transnistreană. Vladimir Dragulea, Ion Râbca şi Dumitru Vieru au fost reţinuţi pentru 3 zile şi urmau să fie eliberaţi vineri, 17 iulie. Însă, arestul a fost prelungit pentru încă 2 luni, transmite Info-Prim Neo.
Rudele poliţiştilor, susţinuţi de Asociaţi „Promo-Lex”, au organizat vineri o acţiune de protest în faţa Ambasadei Federaţiei Ruse din Chişinău.
Cei trei sunt învinuiţi de reţinere ilegală şi furt de persoane pe teritoriul R. Moldova, a precizat juristul Eugeniu Râbca, fratele unuia dintre poliţişti. El a mai spus că aceştia se aflau la Tiraspol într-o misiune de serviciu, în căutarea unui bănuit.
„Am contactat autorităţile constituţionale şi ele ne-au confirmat că deţin dovezi care demonstrează că activităţile ministerului de interne au fost coordonate cu miliţia transnistreană, a spus Eugeniu Râbca. „Cerem eliberarea imediată şi necondiţionată a celor trei cetăţeni ai R. Moldova, care sunt reţinuţi fără a li se respecta drepturile”, a mai spus juristul.
„Organele separatiste vor să se impună prin acţiuni de arestare, nu doar a civililor, ci şi a funcţionarilor din R. Moldova, pentru a arăta că ei sunt unicii care au autoritate în regiune şi au posibilitatea să facă ce vor. Considerăm că este o încălcare flagrantă a Convenţiei Europene şi în special a dreptului la libertatea şi siguranţa persoanei”, a declarat juristul Alexandru Postica de la „Promo-Lex”.
Poliţiştii sunt ţinuţi separat unul de altul. Cel mai probabil, au fost reprezentanţi de avocaţi din Transnistria.

Officers Vladimir Dragulea, Ion Rybca and Dumitru Vieru were arrested in Tiraspol on July 14 for a period of three days, and were initially due to be released on Friday, but their arrest was prolonged for another two months.
The policemen were seized on charges of illegal arrest and abduction as they went to Tiraspol on a mission to capture a suspect, explained Eugeniu Rybca, the brother of one of the officers.
“We contacted the constitutional authorities and we were told that the activities of the Interiors Ministry had been coordinated with the Transnistrian police, and there is evidence in this regard”, said Rybca. “We demand the immediate and unconditioned release of the three Moldovan citizens, who are detained in disrespect for their rights”, added Rybca, who is also a lawyer.
“The separatist authorities attempt to impose themselves by arresting not only civilians but also functionaries from Moldova in a bid to show that they are the only ones which have authority in the region and can do whatever they please. We think this is a blatant violation of the European Convention (on Human Rights) and in particular of the right to freedom and safety of a person”, said Alexandru Postica of the human rights watchdog “Promo-Lex”.
The arrested officers are held in separate cells. Most likely they will be represented in court by lawyers from Transnistria.

Владимир Драгуля, Ион Рыбка и Думитру Виеру были задержаны на 3 дня и должны были быть освобождены в пятницу, 17 июля. Однако арест был продлен еще на два месяца, передает Info-Prim Neo.
Родственники полицейских при поддержке ассоциации „Promo-Lex” организовали в пятницу акцию протеста перед посольством Российской Федерации в Кишинэу.
Трое задержанных обвиняются в незаконном задержании и краже людей на территории Республики Молдова, уточнил юрист Еуджениу Рыбка, брат одного из полицейских. Он добавил, что те находились в Тирасполе со служебным заданием, разыскивая обвиняемого.
„Мы связались с конституционными властями и те нам подтвердили, что располагают доказательствами, подтверждающими, что действия Министерства внутренних дел были согласованы с приднестровской милицией”, – подчеркнул Еуджениу Рыбка. „Мы требуем немедленного и безоговорочного освобождения троих граждан Республики Молдова, которые были задержаны с нарушением их прав”, – добавил юрист.
„Сепаратистские органы, арестовывая не только обычных людей, но и должностных лиц из Республики Молдова, хотят показать, что они единственные, кто имеет власть в регионе и могут делать, что захотят. Считаем, что это грубое нарушение Европейской конвенции и, в частности, права на свободу и безопасность человека”, – заявил юрист ассоциации „Promo-Lex” Александру Постика.
Полицейские содержатся по отдельности друг от друга. Вероятнее всего, их представляли адвокаты из Приднестровья.
