Chişinăul ar putea sancţiona persoanele care susţin regimul separatist din stânga Nistrului, impunându-le astfel să respecte drepturile cetăţenilor moldoveni în această regiune. Sugestia vine de la avocatul asociaţiei neguvernamentale Promo-LEX, Pavel Postică.
Într-o conferinţă de presă la IPN, avocatul a subliniat că autorităţile de la Chişinău deţin pârghiile necesare pentru a audia şi chiar a sancţiona persoanele care se fac vinovate de încălcarea drepturilor cetăţenilor din regiunea transnistreană. Dar preferă să nu se implice. Ca rezultat, tot mai multe persoane au de suferit, regimul de la Tiraspol le confiscă proprietăţile şi afacerile.
Sancţiunile economice au efecte şi pot forţa Tiraspolul să acţioneze cum va solicita Chişinăul, consideră Pavel Postică. Avocatul menţionează că nu se cer măsuri radicale, cum ar fi cele militare, dar e nevoie de mai mult efort pentru a proteja cetăţenii. O idee bună, în opinia sa, ar fi şi organizarea unei monitorizări internaţionale în regiune.
Pavel Postică a mai spus că în curând se face un an de când Promo-LEX a depus la Procuratura Generală o listă cu persoane care se fac vinovate de încălcarea drepturilor cetăţenilor moldoveni stabiliţi în stânga Nistrului. Sunt 40 de persoane pe această listă, pe care procurorii le pot audia, întrucât fie locuiesc în dreapta Nistrului, fie au afaceri aici. Promo-LEX nu a primit niciun răspuns de la Procuratura Generală pe marginea sesizării şi listei depuse.
[:en]Chisinau can penalize the person who support the Transnistrian separatist regime, forcing them thus to observe the rights of the Moldovans in the region. Such a proposal was submitted by the lawyer of the nongovernmental association Promo-LEX Pavel Postica.
In a news conference at IPN, the lawyer said the Moldovan authorities have the leverage needed to question and even punish the persons who violate the human rights in the Transnistrian region, but they prefer not to become involved. As a result, more and more persons are affected. The Transnistrian regime confiscates their possessions and businesses.
The economic penalties can force Tiraspol to act as the Chisinau requests, considers Pavel Postica. The lawyer said that no radical measures, like the military ones, are required, but more effort should be made to protect the citizens. According to him, international monitoring in the region will be welcome.
Pavel Postica stated that it will be soon a year since Promo-LEX submitted a list of 40 people who violate the rights of Moldovans in Transnistria to the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO). The prosecutors can question these persons as they either live on the right bank of the Nistru River or have businesses here. Promo-LEX received yet no answer from the PGO over this list.

В результате, все больше и больше людей страдают, а тираспольский режим конфискует их собственность и бизнес.
Экономические санкции дают результаты и могут заставить Тирасполь действовать так, как скажет Кишинев, считает Павел Постикэ. Адвокат отмечает, что не требуются радикальные меры, такие, как военные, но необходимо гораздо больше усилий для того, чтобы защитить граждан. Хорошая идея, по его мнению, была бы и организация международного мониторинга в регионе.
Павел Постикэ добавил, что в ближайшее время исполнится год, с момента, когда организация Promo-LEX представила в Генеральную прокуратуру список людей, виновных в нарушении прав молдавских граждан в левобережье Днестра. В этом списке фигурируют 40 человек, которых прокуроры могут заслушать, поскольку они проживают на правом берегу Днестра, либо имеют здесь бизнес.
