For Election Day, the Promo-LEX OM delegated one short-term observer (STO) to 409 polling stations (PSs), selected on the basis of a sample established by a sociological company. In addition, a static observer was assigned to all 12 polling stations where voters from the Transnistrian region exercised their right to vote. Special attention was paid to polling stations abroad, where 129 static observers were delegated.
In addition to static observers, the Promo-LEX OM deployed 191 mobile teams to monitor the electoral process in polling stations that were not included in the sample.
